LVTTL to TTL

I am implementing a GPS logger based on the Kronos Robotics design => http://www.kronosrobotics.com/Projects/GPSLogger.pdf

The original design uses an EM-408 GPS module which outputs TTL.

I already have a GPS Module that I would like to use (a 622R) but it outputs LVTTL.

Can anyone advise on how I converd LVTTL to TTL?
