Hello. This seems a simple enough project, but safety must be the first consideration. The power supply MUST be adequately insulated from contact, with a mains switch, and in a suitable enclosure. Do you know the wattage or current consumption of the fans? I am assuming that the fans run off 12V - that is a common value. With the PSU you indicate an output current of up to 2A at 12V. Put the fans in parallel with each other (i.e. have the polarity the same for each one).
