my project need help

hello my project is as follows

what i am planning to do is to make a really small projector to put into a paintball mask so i can see down my paint ball guns scope

what ill need each section to do is

the camera:
1: have a camera that i can situate behind the scope
2: the ability to pick up IR light or night vision capable (for night time paint ball)
3: the ability to record (recording unit in the main box)
4: up to 12v dc power supply
5: good immage quality due to its intended use

the projector: chose a projector because its easier than flipping a LCD or LED screen all the time
1: to be small enough to sit between the side of my face and my paintball mask
2: low brightness (lumens) as to not strain or dammage my eyes
3: good image quality due to its intended use
4: led projector module (if possible)

the goggles:
1: to have a one way view film that will let light in and reflect the light from the projector to my eye
2: film must be matt black

main box unit:
1: will be attached to either waist or back pack
2: small re-chargeable lithium ion battery thats also a retro fit for normal batteries
3: other details like ip rating i know to some gell that doesn't conduct electricity and makes a ip66 seal

if anyone knows where i can go to get such items at a good price would be great searched google for hours with no success

also if im missing anything let me know, also a possibility ill need a circuit diagram on how to wire it up
