Can I use video baluns with a RJ45?

Hi I have to setup a system using video baluns but can I also use a network cable?

If I use 4 video baluns, and put all 4 twisted pair through on either side, can I still put an RJ45 extended on afterwards?

I'm not sure if it's going to work. I'm trying to set up a wireless mobile cctv system, that's why.
