Chipped: RFID implant - how to detect and remove?

I have been chipped with a small RFID implant. Obviously I want the beast gawn. Where can I get a relatively low-cost reader that'll scan frequencies and then read the info off of it? Also hoping for advice on finding/removing in terms of physical info e.g. do I need an x-ray? Thanks in advance.

Vets have RFID readers to read chips from animals, you may also get advice.
