electronic pop up targets

Hi guys, i am looking to built some electronic rifle targets.Such as traffic lights on a timed system giving the shooter a set time to hit all three targets in order. with a time lapse after each target to stay lit until the next is shot or time runs out! I would also like pop up targets on a random time circuit. As well as this i am looking to build a wind in/out target body sheet (like you always see on the FBI training shots) I would need boat loads of help with all this as the last time i built a working circuit was in 1990! Anyway the riffle range is in Atherton nr wigan manchester, if anyone would like to help build this and then spend tons of time shooting with lots of tea and toast. That would be great, thanks guys.
