need some help with a PCB

hello everyone,

what i have is a motion sensor, with a pcb inside. Basically the pcb has a mono jack attached, so when the sensor is triggered, instead of making a noise, a signal is sent along the phono cable, to a panel on the wall, that alerts the nurses in a care home. i have attached photos of the pcb, is it possible to copy this onto a breadboard? or will i need to get pcbs made up? also does anyone know what the components are on the pcb?

if anyone knows how to make this circuit on a bread board, or draw a diagram so i can make one then please get in touch! thanks

Looks fairly simple, it is just a bog standard 5v relay with a reverse biased diode across the coil, a transistor (NPN probably) and a what appears to be a resistor (can't make out the markings).
Where does the red wire go?

The relay is one of these here: http://datasheets.hypertriton.com/axicomrelays.pdf which is a single pole change over, non latching V23026A1001B201.
The 3 remote wires go to the common, NO and NC contacts of the relay.

As a side thought, would normal alarm PIR sensors do the same job? They may need a little bit of jiggery pokery to make them output a change over switch but shouldn't be that hard to achieve.

If I connect that to a power supply will it simply flash? and if not what's it for? Can I blow it if I get the polarity wrong? Thanks in advance.

Yes You want to superimpose it in a new breadboard or new PCB. You can contact PCB manufacturer.
