adapter power supply for digicam

Hi guys,
Ive got a digicam which needs two AAA batteries to work.I ripped up the cam and ive found the two wires for the two terminals
I have an adapter with selectable voltage and polarity. Wanna know how to give constant power supply from an adapter without using batteries.

two AAA batterys would give 3 volts, so just set your adapter to 3 volt, and add a plug to the terminals on the digicam so you can plug the adapter to it
