Electronic wiz needed for one-off home project

Hi. I'm looking for someone who might want to take on a little project in the Coventry/Warwickshire/Birmingham area.

The brief is this: I have an office at the bottom of the garden. I'd like to get a two-way audio doorbell/intercom so that I can speak to anybody who comes to the door of the house. So far, so easy (and available from B&Q). I'd also like the same button to trigger simultaneously an ordinary door chime in the house so that we don't have an array of buttons and notes about which ones to press when all over the front door.

Preferably this would all be wireless, but wired would also work if easier: reckon on about 50m of cable.

Of course we'll pay for all components and time.
