Newcomer to electronics

Hi Folks, I am a newcomer to the electronics world . And my first project is to make a Guitar pickup winder, So far I have acquired a digital keypad, the copper wire, a 6 digit led counter, A PWM speed controller with digital display and switch, a proximity switch and magnets, and a motor, Well that was so easy, lol. Ok I am capable of making a box and fitting it all together.
But the wiring is beyond me . So the keyboard can pre programme counter to do x amount of winds , the prox switch and magnet count the winds . Hell Any help would be great Oh and every item is rated 12V . Cheers chaps .
