Sorry been away here you go I have taken a photo of the rear of the board.
Just to recap.
From the out put terminals I am getting 19.3V, the relay you can hear click when you plug in a battery but there is no LED light so I am not sure when the battery has finished charging.

Still messing with it there is no voltage to the LED when switched on and battery inserted.
