1.5 volt FM AUDIO rebroadcast Transmitter

I was looking for a Audio-Rebroadcast transmitter in order to play the output of CD player or Computer over the FM band. After searching for a while, I have found this circuit on google.

The problem is, I do not have 5pf and 2n4401. However, I do have 4.7pf, 2x10pf, 2n2222, BC 548,547,549.

Can somebody help me with this circuit, as to what best can be substituted? or any other schematics for a FM AUDIO rebroadcast Transmitter?
