Problems running assistant with Win7

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems running Electronics Assistant in Windows 7 after installing the latest service pack ? It was working fine before the update, I cant remember if I have used it since installing the update but it certainly wont run now. I get a message "Electronics Assistant has stopped working" message, ( It also says windows will try to find a solution.. fat chance lol ) I have tried reinstalling but no joy 
I've not had problems with EA and service pack 1, both the machines I've tried that combination on have worked OK. I'd think that it is probably related to the .NET framework, so you could see if there is a way to reinstall this. Not really sure what else to suggest.
