Electronics 2000

Hi all, I have a PCB from an electric fire which has been repaired previously and I suspect the same component has failed again. The markings are.. "ACST88C GK188 VU CHN 846" and I believe it's an AC switch or fuse. Anybody shed any light on what it is and what it does and more importantly where can I get one! Preferably Maplin or RS Spares but I can't find the part number.
