Component Help !!

Hi All
Im in search of a component but not sure what it would be called or referenced.
Ok what i would like is and ic SMD version of a switch if i feed an input in
If its a high input say 2 - 5 v to switch one way and output a common or if i feed a low input in 0v to switch another way and output a different common.
To clarify.
1 input
1 output
2 commons
1 common is say 3v (common a)
1 common is 0v (common b)
when i apply 0v to the input then the ouput will be switched and output common a
When i apply 3v to the input then the output will be switched and output common b
Help appreciated.
