Hello, I've 4 months ago landed in Manchester airport and now I'm working as a waiter for people exploiting company that avoids tax and NI payments, not much choice I have as no one else employs me, for that I have no vehicle and not much experience, though I have 5 year old license, I have never been insured here in UK and insurance is very high, unless I grow 25 years old (1,5 years to go).
So now I'm residing in Horwich, Bolton Borough at employers given residence. I don't have any money left. I'm trying to register on Jobseeker's Allowance and I'm in huge need of money. So I'm seeking for a job, that would not lock me up till I find Electronics engineering job. Back in Lithuanian, the country I'm from I've finished Electronics engineering studies (http://www.viko.lt/uploads/files/Progra ... T_prog.pdf) and received Electronics Engineer professional bachelor and Engineers qualification approving diploma.
I don't know where to start here, I wonder if anyone cares about that diploma at all here. Everyone want certificates, that qualifies my ability to work with electricity and so on, to get them I automatically have to pass courses and tests, but the main thing is money.
I've also attached my CV.

We are all in the same boat too many people chasing too few jobs. The days of the perminent job are more less over in this industry and maybe you should consider working freelance all over Europe?
