Can the integrated circuit board adopt line control?

I am a distributor of cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers and sweepers). Over the years, I have found that the equipment failure rate remains high, almost all of which are on the integrated circuit board. Once the circuit board has a problem, it will seriously affect the use of customers. I'm not willing to improve the integrated circuit board. I was thinking: Can device control not be controlled by integrated circuit board but simple circuit control ?
The equipment conditions are as follows:
The power supply provides DC power for 24V, 36V, 48V lead-acid batteries
The main functions are: walking (forward, backward), third gear speed (maximum 6KM/H)
Brush disk motor, water suction motor
Other display functions: battery display
