Seeking a PIR activated, verbal warning device for an OAP.
When activated, the unit should repeat " Hearing Aids " three times before shutting off
and reactivating after 15 minutes.
Can anyone please advise if such a unit is already commercially available?
Can anyone please advise if there is someone out there who could build such a unit?

As you have described it, this is a non-trivial project!
I am wondering if it really needs to be quite this complex - would a PIR linked to a (distinctive) sounder fit the bill?
You might like to have a look on the RNID website in case they have something suitable or adaptable.
