Proper project but know nothing about electronics

I plan to build a simple vending machine to provide a spray of liquid for about 10-15 seconds to the vendee. I have a specification for the coin acceptor I need, and the 12v pumps that will deliver the spray. The machine will have three choices of spray so therefore three pumps, each one with a seperate push button, pushing the desired one will of course have to cancel the other two and then reset for the next cycle.
I know there's a programmable relay somewhere in this, but anybody willing to help me with the project, I will pay for the work undertaken.
Oh, it has to work with Spanish mains supply or portable power supply.
