Leisure battery charging circuit

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to charge a leisure battery from a cars cigarette lighter socket. If I simply wire the battery to a cigarette lighter plug it would draw too much current and blow a fuse. I want this to be movable between cars so 'hard wiring' it in with a split charging system is not an option. I need a way of limiting the current drawn to approx. 10Amp so the battery will charge reasonably quickly without blowing the cigarette lighter fuse, is this possible?? I have a basic understanding of electronics (GCSE 15 years ago) so I would be grateful if you could keep things simple!!
Many thanks,
Simon
