LED Brake light panel

Hi there, new t the forum, need a bit of advice on making a brake light panel / or someone that would be interested in making me a panel for a fee...
I've build a motorcycle, and have used a small metal mic as the brake light, the only problem is I cant fit a standard brake light bulb and holder in there due to space... Ive attempted to make a board myself :-

I bought some flat mounted Ultra bright LED's from ebay and have soldered them into rows so i can wire them in parallel as strips...
I now need to work out the resistors that i should use to get them to run at 12v. my hope is that i can use the outside strips as the sidelight, and then the middle 3 as a brake light.... can anyone suggest if this looks right so far, or if i could do it a better way...
I'm awaiting info on the LED ratings so i can work out resisitors...
