Looking for 0.8mm (1/32") SRBP PC Board

Hello,
I'm on the hunt for 0.8mm thick single sided PCB - the SRBP (FR2) type, not FR4 fibreglass. The reason is that the model railway association (www.2mm.org.uk) to which I belong uses it to make sleepers to which the rail can be soldered. The tooling we have to make the sleepers needs 0.8mm thick material. We cannot use 0.8mm FR4 as the fibreglass content will ruin the cutting edges of the guillotine. SRBP board cuts very accurately and quickly using the tools that have been developed.
1.6mm thick material is still readily available but that's too thick and would need a lot of machining to make it thinner if we were to use it.
If anyone has any offcuts of 0.8mm board or knows of any suppliers, I'd be very grateful.
thanks
Mark
