Help with name's of components ?

hello

first post so not sure if all this will work out :)

would any one know any of the components within the pictures, its a nano buck driver for a laser pen.

is the fuse located on this bored (reverse polarity ) ?
the bored i actually have its got an extra 2 what look like resistors, capacitors or may be fuses ? top right second picture where i have highlighted it has number 3 ?.

Item 1, labelled 1R0, is probably a 1 ohm resistor. I expect it is a current limiter for the laser diode. The other smaller rectangular blocks are probably resistors and capacitors. The pics are really too small to have a guess at item 3.
