Help with new 360 camera project

I am looking for technical help or modification of a an exsisting 360 camera (VSN V360) so that it can be used commercially

So it need hardwiring with a external power supply (i can do this) but also I need to use external media storage

I am based in Southampton but could travel

As you can see Im not very technical, I just know what I want to achieve!

So is there anyone that could help, I have a small budget or I have a powerboat experience company if someone wants to swap their time for fun on the water
