Can the integrated circuit board adopt line control?

Post by Ruby » Tue Dec 01, 2020 6:53 am

I am a distributor of cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers and sweepers). Over the years, I have found that the equipment failure rate remains high, almost all of which are on the integrated circuit board. Once the circuit board has a problem, it will seriously affect the use of customers. I'm not willing to improve the integrated circuit board. I was thinking: Can device control not be controlled by integrated circuit board but simple circuit control ?

The equipment conditions are as follows:
The power supply provides DC power for 24V, 36V, 48V lead-acid batteries
The main functions are: walking (forward, backward), third gear speed (maximum 6KM/H)
Brush disk motor, water suction motor
Other display functions: battery display

Yes, and that kind of equipment likely once was. Unfortunately, the integrated circuit board solution is orders of magnitude less expensive and vastly more agile.

Have you brought this to the attention of the manufacturer?
