installing LED'S into steel box section

Postby farmer32 » Mon Jul 30, 2012 10:10 pm

Hi all,

This is my first post on here, im looking for a bit of help/ ideas!

Im installing some LED's into recesed holders along a 3 meter length of steel box section (40mm x 40mm). Any ideas on wiring/ connection methods i can link LED's & resistors together along the 3 meter length? I will use plug in power supply. All connections/ wiring can be hidden within the box section.

My idea up to now is using loose cable to link all components togehter and heat shrink all bare cable/ wire/ terminations. The power supply can be connected to enclosure at open end of steel box section.

Any better ideas anyone?

Thanks
